What is IHP BASEBALL?
IHPBaseball has been a long standing division of the world renowned Institute of Human Performance dedicated to the strength, power and performance for the baseball athlete

From in-gym training to on-field performance we have prepared some of the top MLB players, as well as MiLB, collegiate, high school and youth baseball players.
From enhanced pitching velo, driving in the game winning run, throwing out the tying run at the plate or scoring from first our seamless training approach has consistently been in-gym tested and on-field proven.
In addition to conducting an 8-point biomechanical assessment (evaluation) that brings ‘life’ to a series of movements as to how they may impact on-field performance, we provide training techniques designed to improve and enhance each baseball’s five “evaluating” tools: hitting for power, hitting for average, speed, defense/fielding and arm strength.
