About Massage Therapy

It is a manual therapy that consists of the manipulation of soft tissues such as muscles, tendons, and ligaments. A few benefits of receiving massages are: improved blood circulation reduced inflammation pain & muscle tension relief stress reduction increased range of motion

Services Offered

30, 60, 90 minute sessions available aromatherapy optional

  • Swedish Massage: classic, full body technique- light, medium, or firm pressure based on clients preference - good for general relaxation, increased blood flow, and aiding in muscle recovery

  • Deep tissue: slow, firm, and sustained pressure that targets deeper layers of muscles, tendons, and fascia- *may cause soreness post treatment *

  • Myofascial Release: gentle to firm-sustained pressure that targets the fascia (connective tissue) and aims to release and break up adhesions or restrictions in it through consistent pressure and stretching of the tissue.

  • Trigger point therapy: deep, targeted pressure focusing on painful adhesions or knots in order to break down and relieve the surrounding muscle tension. best for specific areas of tightness, chronic pain, and post injury rehabilitation, and increasing range of movement.

  • Lymphatic Drainage: very gentle/ light pressure technique that consists of repetitive strokes that move the lymph towards the lymph nodes which aids in detoxification and decreasing inflammation

We provide relaxing and therapeutic massage treatments either pre or post workout based on your preferences. We offer various different modalities in order to cater to your recovery process and self - care routine as much as possible. We are professionally trained, licensed and insured, and we love what we do!
