With JC's and Rio’s extensive combat backgrounds, IHP brings a safe yet aggressive ‘edge’ to combat training.
 
IHP programs nearly always include a form of martial arts, whether it be specific exercises or modes of training. One of the modes of training at the heart of the IHP training methodology is “hitting the mitts” (i.e., punching and kicking). The development of footwork, cardio, movement skill and self-confidence that comes from learning to hit the mitts is unparalleled, which is why it’s a hit at IHP.
