About me: Aaron was born in Miami, Florida before moving and growing up West Palm Beach from the age of 5.
Following in the footsteps of his grandfather who played professional baseball, and an older brother already playing baseball, Aaron was playing competitive baseball by the age of 5. Aaron graduated from John I. Leonard high school in Greenacres, FL in the top 1% of his class before going to play D1 baseball academic and sports scholarships. After eventually transferring, Aaron finished his collegiate education and baseball at Felician University in Rutherford, NJ. Here Aaron took his training and baseball career to the next level - winning conference & regional player of the year his senior year, setting the school single season hit record twice, setting the school’s all time hit streak record, leading the entire nation in triples, and being named a semi-finalist for D2 National Player of the Year. Despite being on multiple teams draft boards, unfortunately Aaron went undrafted after his final collegiate season. But went on to play 6 years of independent minor league baseball. After 6 years of professional baseball spanning all the way from California, to Canada, Australia, Aaron eventually decided to return to school and pursue life after baseball. Despite no longer a professional athlete, Aaron never lost his passion for training and being in optimal shape for longevity while leading a full and active life. Aaron believes in the pillars of functional training for not only peak sports performance but for an overall healthy lifestyle. He also enjoys the science and act of bodybuilding (ie building muscle/hypertrophy) in his own training time.
Training Specialty: Aaron’s training specialty is sport specific training, especially baseball with his playing past. But he also specializes in training for overall sports performance, body transformation, and mental training. Aaron believes that one the greatest lessons afforded to him by his baseball career is the development mental fortitude and ability to handle failure.
